Artist Statement
As an artist, I work mostly with photography as my medium at this point. This is my main medium because it is the thing that I have explored most and enjoy most. I believe it helps people experience parts of life they never could have, without images being taken. I have moved between using my iPhone 11 and an EOS Canon Camera throughout this semester. I love my iPhone because it is so easy to grab it out and capture a moment. But a camera is also nice because you can adjust any and all settings, making the photograph truly yours.
ABOUT ME
As you can see above, my name is Olivia Dodd. I am a nineteen-year-old college student at NIACC. ​I am working towards my ADN degree and will hopefully graduate in 2022 with my RN. I enjoy photography as well as other forms of arts and crafts. But they are mostly hobbies so, I am no professional. I am not an art major, so this page is far from perfect. I hope it does an all right job of showcasing the work I have done in my photography class this semester.
